On January 7th I had the privilege of running for little miss Ruby Jane Taylor. She passed away from complications of the liver - she was only 8 months old. The 5k was more then just a run - it was special. It was for Ruby. She was there. It was such a great experience - I felt like even though its just running, it's running for a cause. A good cause.

I am so glad I've been registered to Donate Life since the day I got my license - I hope you will consider it as well. The gift of life is something so unique and special. I hope someday to give that gift to others.
