Not much going on lately... just working, living, getting ready for the holidays... oh and i'm sick. Blah. My dad is coming into town tonight for a few days... and then Monday Blake and Heather arrive for maybe a week to stay! I love having family come over... Since we only have 1 uncle and Aaron's dad in California it's always fun to have people stay from out of state. I grew up not having any family in the state so i'm used to it. So is Aaron. We will also be celebrating Aaron's birthday on the 23rd with all the family, which we haven't done yet, so I am excited! Now if only he would let me decorate for christmas already..... then i'd truly be happy! Here are a few snap shots I took recently (isn't my puppy sooooo cute!!?)

Update

Halloween... We went to a friends party and carved pumpkins and had fall treats!

Then we got some more photos of our cute pup Trigger! We are still loving him and adore him. Although lately I had to get back up at 2:30am and again at 6:00am to take him out to pee. I am restless. So exhausted. But it's worth it and we love having him. He is SO much fun.

And lastly..... today is one of the most important days in the history of the United States. I really hope Mitt Romney wins for the presidency. I have faith the right thing will happen and I know the Lord is truly involved in his life and that whatever happens it will be the right thing for the future of our country. This is the Lords promise land and I really hope everything works out for us all.

In other upcoming exciting news..... Dad coming to town for a few days, one nighter in Las Vegas, Thanksgiving, Aaron's Bday on the 23rd, Huntington Beach 10k on Thanksgiving morning with SIL Heather, lots of pie, lots of fun and lots of family and then Christmas! I love this Holiday Season!

New Puppy!

We finally got a puppy! We've been thinking about it for a long time and always knew we wanted one but just couldn't work out the right timing. Now that I am home most of the day we got one! We looked online and went to a few places just to see what it was like to be around a puppy... one we figured out what specific breeds we were looking for we saw a picture online that we just couldn't forget. We drove out to Tanya's Adoption Network for Young Animals in Phelan (Wrightwood area), CA. So we drove the 1.5 hours and just fell in love!! His original name was Rover but we renamed him Trigger! He's always pulling his and our triggers!! He jets off after one of us gets up! We love our little guy and this experience really is putting having kids into perspective!!
